How to trace a number with in Australia?

My dad had a phone call from this number: 0282094700, it is annoying as it is abuse, Vodafone wont do anything.

It cant be a random spammer as they threatend my dad to fire bomb his car, and they know that it has happened to my brother.

Not really sure on this one mate…maybe go to the coppers,,tell them you have the number but your phone company wont do anything and see if they can help you out in any way..especially as these calls are quite threatening.
The only other thing you can try is to block that callers number from the phone so they dont get the satisfaction of getting the call through at all……..which would probably annoy the sh*t out of them ’cause you have the upper hand !!
